Christopher Mazza joined Callisto in 2010 as an Associate. He is responsible for analyzing potential investments, conducting due diligence, and assisting with deal execution. Previously, he was a senior analyst in the investment banking group at Merrill Lynch & Co. where he focused primarily on mergers and acquisitions across various industry groups. In addition to several other transactions, Chris was on the Merrill Lynch team that advised on the $3.2 billion sale of CTVglobemedia to BCE Inc. and Agnico-Eagle’s $600 million private placement of senior unsecured notes. Chris holds a BBA from the Schulich School of Business where he received the Alan and Esther Hockin Achievement Award for highest distinction in academic standing.
